Don't Forget to Love Yourself

Hey Beautiful Soul,
Don't forget to take care of your mental health by doing the small things to bring you joy. You can make time for yourself every day to enjoy your time here. Make it a point to give yourself at least 30 uninterrupted minutes every day to go within or simply enjoy the without. Life can move pretty fast. Most people give half of their day to a job. It is important to remember that you are not a machine. You are a soul with a body temporarily having a human experience.
The more comfortable you are on the inside, the better you respond to life. When you haven't spent the necessary time loving yourself, it shows without. Your anger or lack of self-love is projected onto other people creating problems. If you are experiencing anxiety and having trouble controlling it, get some St. John's wort. Take yourself on dates. Learn to love your own company. You can never get away from yourself so learn to love yourself. Don't forget to love yourself.
